Buyer-side coordination
About Custom Duffel Bag Sourcing
We are an independent sourcing partner that helps business buyers prepare a clear bag brief, seek possible factory responses and compare offers on a consistent scope. The work starts with your intended use, not an assumed stock item.

A working brief belongs to the buyer
Your decisions
You identify the intended carrying use, capacity in L, dimensions in inches or cm, quantity in pieces and US destination. Mark mandatory shell and lining materials, closure type, strap construction, decoration and carton pack. A clear request also names who approves a sample and what remains open.
Budget can be a range. Specify the currency and whether it covers one piece or the full order. High-end, mid-range, economical and undecided are useful priorities for finish, customization and service, rather than verified supplier classifications.
Our coordination
We organize supplier questions, seek possible factory matches and place material and construction responses next to your request. Quotations need the same pack ratio, carton dimensions, artwork revision and freight basis to support a useful comparison. Missing values stay marked for confirmation instead of being treated as equivalent.
We can help plan sample questions and next-step procurement communication. We do not manufacture bags, hold inventory, act as a third-party brand's authorized agent or certify products. Supplier claims require exact-item evidence; a product-family document does not approve a particular custom bag.
Approval is a sequence of specific checks
Material swatches help review color and surface but do not confirm assembled dimensions or carrying performance. A plain sample helps evaluate shape but does not approve the finished decoration. A decorated sample still needs the buyer's written acceptance notes and a controlled production revision. Keep those approvals distinct to reduce ambiguity.
Ask the proposed supplier to confirm availability, MOQ per variant and timing after the final construction and artwork are known. If an exact-item document is necessary for your intended US use, review its item identity, issuing body, date and scope with the appropriate specialist. See our coordination scope before submitting a brief.
Start with the decisions you already know
Tell us what the bag must carry, which finish is required and where it will ship. Unresolved material, testing or packaging questions can be listed explicitly so they travel with the request.
Send quantities in pieces, your US destination and the required arrival date. Budget and supplier preference are optional; quotations, availability and timing require supplier confirmation.
